What is a State Free Ministry?

Non-Corporate ministries that do not seek recognition or approval from the government for guaranteed tax right off privileges and choose to govern themselves. When churches and ministries Incorporate with the state, they become regulated by the state and then can lose tax deductible privileges if they do not follow IRS guidelines.

While State Free Ministries are protected by the American Constitution, they often get few donations and struggle to survive because most people are looking for a guarantee tax deduction when giving donation.

The Founders of our country believed that the church and State should be separated and not be controlling either way and that the American people have the right to believe and practice the Religion of their own choice. Today America is very diverse and the melting pot of the world with immigrants from every continent on the planet and they all have the freedom to practice their own religion and beliefs. Thanks to our American Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

The 1st Amendment of the Constitution protects several basic freedoms in the United States including freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the right to assemble, and the right to petition the government. It was part of the Bill of Rights that was added to the Constitution on December 15, 1791.

The First Amendment is one of the most important amendments for the protection of democracy. Freedom of religion allows people to believe and practice whatever religion they want. Freedom of speech and press allows people to voice their opinions publicly and to publish them without the government stopping them.
